Mr. Scott comes to the SSC with more than 25 years of experience. Prior to joining our club, Al was with North Shore Swim Club for nearly 18 years and held the position of Co-Head Coach. He holds a USS Coaching certification, and has received Coach of the Year at the Academy of St. Joseph’s and Sportsman of the Year at Three Village. We look forward to having a wonderful season and expect great things for our children. Look for Coach Scott on deck! |

Steve has been the Juniors Coach since 2005. Prior to college Steve swam for 10 years at North Shore Aquatics. Receiving a Master’s Degree in Teaching Social Studies he is currently a permanent substitute teacher at Sachem North High School. |

Kathleen is a former member of the Sachem Swim Club. During her 14 years with the club she was a Metro Zone Team qualifier. She was also a member of the Sachem Varsity Swim team for 5 years where she was All County and a State qualifier. Kathleen has now returned as an assistant coach with the senior group. Kathleen is a graduate of East Carolina University where she was a member of their Division I swim team. |

Michael was a member of the Sachem Swim Club and the Sachem High School Varsity Swim Team. He is a Water Safety Instructor and has been teaching swimming lessons to children for the past nine years. Michael graduated from Adelphi University with his BA in Music and his MA in Elementary Education. He is currently a first grade teacher in the Sachem School District. He has returned to Sachem as a coach for the Developmental groups of the Swim Club. |
